The Silk Factory is located in the heart of historic Newburgh, New York in the Hudson Valley, and one hour away from NYC. Originally constructed in 1910, our venue was used as a factory and through the process called “throwing silk,” silk cocoons were unraveled and woven into silk thread hence the building’s name.

An 8000 sq ft event facility which includes a 4000 sq ft restaurant on the 1st floor, an elevator, a 4000 sq ft banquet hall on the 2nd floor with almost 3,000 sq ft for seating, a 320 sq ft raised performance stage and an additional almost 600 sq ft bridal suite/ green room.

Both floors have amazing stages equipped with all pro front and back line sound equipment and livestreaming multi camera video. The second floor larger stage is also equipped with additional professional lighting.

The Landis Theater, in Vineland, NJ, had its grand opening in March of 1937. Originally, an Art Deco style movie theater, the Landis Theater also showcased many Vaudeville acts including Abbott and Costello. In 1987, after many years serving the Vineland community, the Theater closed its doors.

In 2010, The Landis was renovated by the Vineland Redevelopment Group. The historic gem was given life again and restored to a beautiful venue.

The Landis seats 750 patrons with events ranging from concerts of all genres, main stage theatrical plays, comedy shows, & animal events!

Elkton Music Hall is a 300+ capacity live music venue located in Elkton, MD that hosts a wide variety of national touring musical artists and showcase local and regional talent. It will also serve as the hub of the burgeoning Elkton Arts and Entertainment District.

The venue will be able to host artists and guests in three unique performance configurations: A max crowd of 300+ standing; 250+ capacity theater style seating; and table and chair style seating for up to 150 guests (with room to dance!). And with no fixed seating the venue can be set up to accommodate a wide range of private events.
